When we download the Property information on the  NJMLS Computer system, then we do a MLS REVERSE CLIENT/PROSPECT SEARCH.

A " Regular" search is where the Agent would use the property search parameters, however with the Reverse Search the MLS Computer will Search out Buyer Agents that  have Buyers in their database who match the Property Description of your Home.

The computer contacts the Buyer Agent that a new Listing came on the Market Matching their Buyers requirements.
